Customs Duty after Brexit
As of Jan 1st 2021 the United Kingdom left the European Union and this has changed the way that we can do business with our European customers.
Whilst clarity on the issue is still being found we wish to make it clear to all our customers in the EU that you may now be asked to pay Customs Duty on shipments sent from the UK to the EU
We are unable to tell you how much duty will be due and advise that you check with your national information service instead

I had an account on your old site, do i need to create a new account on this site?
the short answer is yes you do.
Unfortunately we were not able to transfer over customer data from our old website to this new store so you will need to create a new account when ordering for the first time.
apologies for this inconvenience but once you are set up ordering is really easy
What size do I need?
We like to keep things simple here, so our underwear fits just slightly snugger than your favourite calvins. If you take a medium in ck then go for a medium from us. For a looser fit go up a size and for a snugger fit go down

What if I need to modify my order?
We strive to process all our orders as quickly as possible, but if you wish to amend your order it may still be possible.

DOES YOUR PACKAGING HAVE BRANDING ON IT?
By default your order will be shipped in a discreet unbranded mailer or box
You can choose to have your order delivered in one of our premium orange bang&strike boxes with embossed branding which are ideal for gift giving.
The Premium packaging option costs an additional €3 and can be added during checkout.
All our boxes are made from fsc certified paper and are totally recyclable.

Our EXPRESS service is sent via Fedex with full tracking and our STANDARD service is sent via the Royal Mail International post with the final delivery via your local countries postal service and as such has more limited tracking options

Yes we do on orders over €40 in value. You can select free shipping at the checkout.
With our FREE shipping service your order will be sent by our Standard delivery method with an expected delivery within 4-7 days

Do I need to sign for my order?
YOU MAY NEED TO, SO IF YOU know you WONT BE IN THEN CONSIDER WHEN ORDERING HAVING YOUR ORDER DELIVERED TO WORK OR A NEIGHBOUR instead
What if I’m not in when my order is delivered?
If you miss your delivery, the courier should either leave you a card or advise you via email and give you the option of rearranging your delivery. Any undelivered parcelS will eventually be sent back to us as unclaimed.
How do I go about exchanging or returning my order?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it to us for an exchange or refund.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY Customs Duty ON MY International Order?
You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied once your package reaches your destination country.
EVERY COUNTRY WILL HAVE ITS OWN TAX REGIME AND AS SUCH WE ADVISE YOU CONTACT YOUR LOCAL GOVT AGENCY FOR ADVICE
Is your packaging sustainable?
Our underwear is individually sealed in zip lock bags made from P-life 04 ldpe plastic.
This packaging can be recycled in your normal roadside collections but is also designed to 'break down into carbon dioxide, water and a benign, non-toxic residue at the molecular level, which is then totally assimilated back into nature '
Our gift boxes are made from FSC certified board which has an 80% recycled content and we encourage you to reuse or recycle them.
