Hi Guys!

Every year from the 10th-22nd of November we close our offices for our annual holiday

During this time you are still able to place orders but please be aware they will not be processed and shipped until the 22nd November

We are a small independent business and as such it can be hard to get away so 4 years ago we made the conscious choice to take time away twice a year to recharge

We value your custom and hope you understand and anyway we will be back in no time, all refreshed and ready to go!

You have 30 days from your order date to return you order to us for a refund or an exchange.

PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN, UNWASHED AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ALL PACKAGING INTACT

Include your packing list or a copy of it with your return so that we can correctly identify your order and also add a note stating if you would like a refund or an exchange

When returning items we recommend you use a tracked method of postage. We are unable to refund or exchange orders that we do not receive back due to any loss incurred in transit. if a loss was to occur you would need to contact your postal provider for compensation

We strive to process all our orders as quickly as possible, but if you wish to amend your order it may still be possible.

If you miss your delivery, the courier should either leave you a card or advise you via email and give you the option of rearranging your delivery.

Any undelivered parcels will eventually be sent back to us as unclaimed.

EU customers do not pay any duty or taxes on any order below the value of €170. BANG&STRIKE pays these on your behalf

US customers are exempt on all taxes on orders below $900

REST OF WORLD customers we advise to check with your local tax authority as each country will have its own standards and tax systems

Modal fabric is a natural fibre, developed in Europe and made from the pulp of beech trees.

It is known for its extremely soft feel and superior moisture wicking and breathability when compared to cotton.

The Micro refers to the fibre having a diameter of less than ten micrometres, that is smaller than cotton or silk and so explains why it is so soft when worn against the skin.
