- Include your packing list or a copy of it with your return so that we can correctly identify your order, and also add a note stating if you would like a refund or an exchange.

- Once your return is shown as received, please allow 3–5 working days for us to process it before your refund is issued.

- We recommend using a tracked method of postage when returning items. We are unable to refund or exchange orders that we do not receive back due to loss in transit — if a loss occurs, you would need to contact your postal provider for compensation.

- For faulty items or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover UK return costs using Royal Mail 48hr return shipping, and where possible will supply a returns label for you.

We strive to process all our orders as quickly as possible, but if you wish to amend your order it may still be possible.

If you miss your delivery, the courier should either leave you a card or advise you via email and give you the option of rearranging your delivery.

Any undelivered parcels will eventually be sent back to us as unclaimed.

EU customers: No. Orders below €150 are sent under our prepaid IOSS customs scheme, so EU sales tax and customs duty are paid before dispatch and included in the price you see at checkout. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

US customers: No. US import duty is included in our prices. Standard US sales tax may still apply at checkout depending on your state.

UK customers: No. UK orders are dispatched within the UK and do not pass through customs.

Rest of world: Orders are sent duty unpaid, so your local authority may charge import tax or duty before delivery. We advise checking the rules with your own tax authority, as every country is different.

France introduced the Taxe sur les petits colis, a €2 charge per item on parcels valued under €150, on 1st March 2026 as a temporary national measure. It ended on 30th June 2026.

From 1st July 2026 it was replaced by an EU-wide customs duty of €3 per product category, which applies in all 27 member states rather than France alone. We pay this on your behalf, so French customers are treated exactly like every other EU customer and have nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Modal fabric is a natural fibre, developed in Europe and made from the pulp of beech trees.

It is known for its extremely soft feel and superior moisture wicking and breathability when compared to cotton.

The Micro refers to the fibre having a diameter of less than ten micrometres, that is smaller than cotton or silk and so explains why it is so soft when worn against the skin.
