What You Told Us
If you've ever stuffed your pants, ironed them ahead of a big occasion, or gone commando on laundry day — you're in good company.
Boxers, Briefs or Braver?
The big question: if you could only wear one style for the rest of your life, what would it be? Briefs were the runaway favourite overall — except among straight men, who tend to be happiest in a roomy pair of boxers. Trunks proved a firm favourite across the board, with little difference by sexuality. Thongs, predictably, split the room.
Never Say Never
Most men told us they'd never wear a thong.
Though "never" turned out to be a flexible word.
Plenty of you are keeping an open mind — 42.4% of bisexual men, 33.8% of gay men and 10.5% of straight men happily class themselves as not picky in the pants department.
Brace Yourself
More than half of men have worn the same pair only once between washes — so far, so reassuring. The women among you set the bar higher, with 78% never having worn the same pair for more than a day. Just over half of men could say the same.
"Just 5.1% of women felt completely comfortable in their underwear — versus 21.7% of men. There's clearly room for a better-fitting pair."
What You Spend
Straight men proved the least likely to splash the cash — though someone, somewhere, dropped a cool £100 on a single pair. We respect it.
Who You'd Want To Look Like
We were delighted to learn that most of you are perfectly happy looking like you. For everyone else, the most-wanted bodies included Calvin Harris, Cristiano Ronaldo and Mark Wahlberg — alongside our own BANG&STRIKE models Charlie King, Igor Stepanov and Oliver Bailey.
